Drake pulled a stunning upset yesterday in Missouri Valley Conference play. Exactly five years and one day after last winning a conference road game, Drake downed Illinois State 81-78. Bulldog freshman Luke McDonald poured in 31 points to lead Drake to their first MVC road win since 1996. Drake is now 7-8 in the conference and 11-13 overall.
