You’ve heard of rolling meth labs before — but not like this one. Washington County authorities arrested a man who was carrying a duffel bag and a backpack full of meth-making supplies — on his bicycle — while riding down railroad tracks. Matthew Alcorn of Washington was arrested on a variety of drug and weapons charges. Among the items he was allegedly carrying: knives, meth and a 20-pound L-P tank full of anhydrous ammonia.
