A girl from far southwest Iowa’s Fremont County was killed after falling out of a van on Sunday.The Highway Patrol says 3-year-old Samantha Falk of Sidney unbuckled her seatbelt, opened the door of the van and fell out in Page County. The girl’s 14-year-old brother was driving the van. The mother of the children, 40-year-old Nancy Falk, was also in the vehicle.
