March 5, 2001 By admin

Northeast Iowa authorities are considering more changes against a man found cutting up a dead deer. 38-year-old Kevin Hill of Jesup was arrested by a Fayette County deputy on a farm northeast of Oelwein. The Deputy was on an extra patrol after a report of vandalism. Hill said he found the deer dead on the roadway. Hill has been charged with the illegal transport and possession of wild game. The Department of Natural Resources was called in and more charges are pending.
