Minnesota’s “Mall of America” was closed several hours for a manhunt today as a suspect wanted in a northeast Iowa shooting was reportedly spotted on a mall security camera. Police and federal agents are searching for 29-year-old Anthony Wright, also known as Anthony Zappa, who was involved in a gunfight in Floyd County, Iowa last week. Worthington, Minnesota deputy police Chief Ron Whitehead helped enforce the lock-down. He says it only takes about 20 people to secure the entrances, but it takes a lot more time to search the mall. Whitehead says cops got a call this morning from someone who said they had seen Zappa outside the Mall. The search failed to turn up Wright.
