A man wanted for a northeast Iowa shoot-out was seen in Minnesota’s “Mall of America” yesterday, but he got away. Twenty-nine-year-old Anthony Wright, also known as Anthony Zappa, was seen on a mall security camera, and the shopping Mecca was shut down for hours as police conducted a search. Bloomington, Minnesota, police chief Roger Willow believes Zappa slipped out and got away on a three-wheeled scooter construction crews used inside the Mall to transport equipment. Willow says they believe Zappa then got on a bus and left the area. Zappa’s wanted for a shoot-out in Floyd County that occurred last Wednesday. Zappa is described as white, muscular, about 250 pounds, with short, brown hair. The Floyd County Sheriff describes him as “armed and dangerous.”
