A Minnesota grand jury has upgraded the charges against a woman who allegedly killed her daughter and then moved to Mason City. A Blue Earth Minnesota grand jury Tuesday indicted 36-year-old Julie Terrell of Madison Lake Minnesota in the shooting death of her 16-year-old daughter. Terrell had previously been charged with second-degree murder for allegedly shooting her daughter Larualee in the head on March 1st. Terrell then allegedly sawed off the girl’s legs, hid the body in the trunk of her car, and moved to Mason City. Terrell was arrested in Mason City on March 16th, supposedly after asking her boyfriend for help in trying to dispose the body. Minnesota law says charges of second-degree murder can only be filed by a county attorney, with a grand jury only being able to hand down a charge of first-degree murder. Terrell is being held in jail on $500-thousand bond.
