One killed in Wednesday’s tornadoes

One person died when a tornado struck the southeast Iowa town of Agency yesterday at about four o’clock. The name of victim is not yet known. Reporter Tom Palen surveyed the scene shortly afterwards and says several homes were damaged, and at least two were destroyed.Palen says several people were injured, one critically. Palen says the pattern of the damage indicates the tornado hopscotched through town.
