Four people arrested on drug charges in Cass

Four Cass County residents, including two teenagers, were arrested last night on drug charges. 49-year-old Jodi Feltner of Atlantic, 39-year-old Robert Williams of Omaha, 16-year-old Logan Boomer and 17-year-old Christopher Boomer, both of Atlantic, were arrested. Feltner and Williams were charged with possession of marijuana. The two teens were charged with delivery of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana. The teens have been turned over to juvenile authorities. Feltner was released on bond this morning, while Williams is awaiting an appearance before a magistrate.
