Clinton police bust mobile meth lab

Clinton police made four arrests Thursday after tracking down a mobile meth lab.20-year-old Justin Bousman of Clinton, 19-year-old Shanean Linville of Clinton and 19-year-old Chad Schultz of Camanche were charged with making meth and use of a person under 18 in the drug trade. All three are being held in the Clinton County Jail. 16-year-old Kenneth Engholm of Camanche was also charged with making meth and was taken to the juvenile detention center in Scott County.
