Men try to fry fish before they get them out of the water

A group of men are in trouble for using a car battery and two electrodes to make a “homemade shocking device” to catch fish. Five men were charged with using electricity to shock fish in the Des Moines River near Eldon. State conservation officer seized both boats and fined the men. The suspects range in age from 22 to 32.
