August 21, 2001 By admin

A third child is accused in an expensive northeastern Iowa vandalism case. 11-year-old Courtney Dryer of Ryan is charged with first-degree criminal mischief. Damage exceeded 100-thousand dollars at Manchester’s Oakland Cemetery earlier this month. More than 60 tombstones were overturned and damaged. Last week, 11-year-old Rachel Montez and 12-year-old Steven Montayer, both of Manchester, were also charged.
