Two charged with stealing luxury cars

October 11, 2001 By admin

Deputies in Henry County, Illinois, have released the names of a man and two women arrested in connection with the theft of luxury cars from a Davenport dealership.
25-year-old Mitchell Bronson of Minneapolis and 21-year-old Tanesha Collins and 19-year-old Akia McGhee, both of Omaha, are jailed. Eleven cars worth more than 200-thousand dollars were stolen from LuJack Auto Plaza since August. The arrests were made Tuesday when deputies spotted a caravan of five luxury cars at the Geneseo exit of Interstate 80. Two other cars sped away and escaped.
