A former North Linn schoolteacher has been found not guilty of providing marijuana and alcohol to students in his behavioral disordered classroom during the fall of 2000. The jury spent five hours in deliberating the case of 59-year-old Bernard Roland before reaching a verdict. Roland had taken the stand in his own defense, and jurors said his testimony appeared to be more reliable than that of the students.
