UNI basketball teams ready for season

Greg McDermott played at Northern Iowa and now begins his quest to turn the Panther basketball program around this season. McDermott says a lot of changes have been made and progress won’t happen overnight. He says the fans will have to be patient as he implements an entirely new system.U-N-I women’s coach Tony Dicecco wants the Panther program to reach a new level. With a number of experienced players back from last year’s team that finished 18-11 hopes is high heading into the season.
