Spokesperson Donna Migazzi says they’ll open the doors in Des Moines at 9 a-m Saturday. She says it’s a good way to wrap up unfinished business with the I-R-S. Migazzi says you don’t have to make an appointment, but it helps speed things along if you do. To set up an appointment, you can call 800-829-1040. Migazzi says if you can’t make it to Des Moines, there’s another way to get help. You should call the I-R-S and ask to speak to the taxpayer advocate’s office.
