ISU looks to finish the season strong with three home games

The Iowa State Cyclones take a 5-2 record into this week’s game at home against Kansas State. The Cyclones are coming off a three-point loss at Texas A-and-M but Coach Dan McCarney expects his team to bounce back with another great effort.McCarney says at 5-2, the Cyclones are in position to make this an outstanding season. He says they’re at the same place they were last year. He says they can finish strong and he’s glad to have three games at home.The fans have been coming back to Jack Trice stadium this year as attendance has been up. McCarney says he knew it would take some time to build the fan base. He says it’s been a great environment, and it has to be for them to win.
