Two Bible college students in Dubuque are busted for trying to steal Halloween candy from little trick-or-treaters.Nineteen-year-old Joshua Kleyman of Omaha, Nebraska, and 18-year-old Taves Boelter of Glendale, Arizona, are charged with first-degree theft for the Wednesday evening incident. Cops say they took candy from a group of four 11- and 12-year-olds. However, Kleyman dropped his car keys as he was stealing the candy, and one of the kids grabbed the keys and said Kleyman wouldn’t get his keys until the kids got their candy back. A nearby homeowner came over to help the kids, and then a policeman arrived. Both men are free after posting bond and will make their first court appearance on the charges today.
