Officials in northwest Iowa have charged a 27-year-old Remsen man with a murder committed this summer. A complaint filed with the Plymouth County Clerk of Court accuses Donald Lynn Boss of killing Timothy Boss in Remsen on or about July 1st. Plymouth County Sheriff Mike Van Otterloo says he began the investigation yesterday after being contacted by Michigan State Police regarding a missing person. Van Otterloo says his office has issued a material witness warrant for Lisa Boss, as he believes she can help with the investigation. Lisa Boss was last seen driving a 1998 blue Ford Windstar van and was traveling with nine children. Donald Boss is charged with first-degree murder and is being held on a 250-thousand dollar bond.
