A soon-to-be-constructed Iowa shopping mall will have some high-end retailers. The Jordan Creek Mall in West Des Moines will have stores like Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Ann Taylor and Abercrombie-and-Finch’s new “Hollister” which sells teen fashions. General Growth Properties, the new mall’s developers, go before West Des Moines city officials on Tuesday to discuss the site plan. It could be the final regulatory hurdle for the project.Jacoby says they hope to break ground of the project this summer. Williams-Sonoma sells top-drawer kitchen gadgets, serviceware and linens. The Pottery Barn is the nation’s leading home furnishings retailer. Ann Taylor sells women’s apparel. Abercrombie-and-Finch sells adult clothes, and will be in the mall, too.
