Anamosa man faces charges of child abuse

An Anamosa man’s made his first appearance in Jones County court on charges he abused two foster children in his care. 45-year-old Glenn Nightingale faces charges of child endangerment, having indecent contact with a child, and third-degree sex abuse. A 12-year-old and 15-year-old girl have been removed from the care of Nightingale and his wife. A preliminary hearing’s set for April 24.
