A northwest Iowa judge has moved the start date for a well-publicized trial back about a week to November 20th as prosecutors asked for more time to prepare. 38-year-old Donald Boss Junior is charged with the murder of his ten-year-old adopted son, Timothy. The judge says he will -not- sequester the jury and make them stay in a motel, for example, and says that would only be a harsh last resort. Boss’ attorney says Boss’ wife, Lisa, is an unindicted co-conspirator. She is not charged and is being held in custody as a material witness.
