Four charged in Northeast Iowa vandalism spree

Four northeast Iowans are charged in a Dubuque County vandalism rampage that involved the shooting out of more than one-hundred vehicle windows. Charged are: 19-year-old Christopher Kluesner of Epworth, 19-year-old Marco Puccio of Farley, 12-year-old Gary Swanson of Dyersville and 18-year-old Skyler Wachendorf of Dyersville. The four are accused of going on the vandalism spree late October with windows shot out in Dyersville, Epworth, Farley, Holy Cross, Luxemburg, New Vienna and elsewhere. Total damage is estimated near 57-thousand dollars. A court date is slated for December 16th. If convicted, each could face up to ten years in prison and a ten-thousand dollar fine.
