Teen dies in Northeast Iowa crash

June 9, 2003 By admin

A northeast Iowa teenager died and two others were injured in a one-car crash that happened at about 8:30 last night. Investigators say 17-year-old Fallon P. Gadsby-Long of Bellevue was driving a car at a high rate of speed along the Bellevue-Springbrook road and he failed to negotiate a curve properly. Gadsby-Long was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene by the Jackson County Medical Examiner. A 14-year-old girl and a 20-year-old man in the car were treated and released from a Dubuque hospital.
