College basketball fans can get their summer fix beginning tonight with the opening night of the Prime Time League in Iowa City. Always popular with Iowa fans, Commissioner Randy Larson says the league offers more structure than players would normally get during the summer. He says summer leagues have a reputation for being “run and gun”, but he says this league is pretty structured and people actually pass the ball around. Larson says it is easy and affordable for the fans, as it is free and air conditioned at the North Liberty Community Center. It’s every Monday and Thursday.
