A Marshalltown man came within one number of winning last Wednesday’s 160-million dollar Powerball jackpot. Sixty-four-year-old Terry Stonewall chose the first five numbers correctly, but missed picking the right “Powerball” to claim the jackpot. Still, he got a half a million dollars for having the five numbers right. Stonewall, who is married, says he’ll give his kids a share of the winnings and remodel the kitchen in his home. Stonewall says he might buy a new car, but he plans to invest a share of the money, too. Stonewall bought his ticket at a convenience store in Marshalltown.
