The Peacocks may be moving out of the Upper Iowa. Upper Iowa University athletic officials have called a news conference for Monday afternoon to “make a major announcement” about the future of the athletic department. One source says the school is expected to move up to NCAA Division Two, making Upper Iowa the only D-2 college in the state.
