Gateway computer workers in Sioux City are waiting to find out if they’ll still have a job after the company announced it’s cutting jobs at its North Sioux City and Sioux Falls, South Dakota facilities. Gateway spokesperson Lisa Emard says the company isn’t releasing all the details of the cuts.She confirms the cuts, but says she can’t comment on how many will be cut until they talk directly to the employees. Emard says the company is still working out the plan.She says there’s still some decisions being made, and they don’t have all the details ready to talk about yet. Emard says the employees who’re are cut will receive 60 days paid notice with benefits, severance pay and assistance in retraining to find another job.
