Wall Lake man dies in fire

November 5, 2003 By admin

A Wall Lake man died in a fire yesterday. Firemen arrived on the scene to see flames coming from the home and a search found 50-year-old Michael Davis unconscious in a bedroom. Davis was taken to the Sac City hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival. The fire department says the fire was started by carelessly discarded smoking materials.
