The Iowa Hawkeyes will need to put the Iowa State loss behind them in a hurry. The Hawkeyes fell to the Cyclones 101-94 in double overtime and are back on the road this evening to battle unbeaten Marquette. Iowa coach Lisa Bluder says she told her team they can’t let the Iowa State loss snowball even though the loss took a physical and mental toll. Bluder says Marquette poses an even greater challenge than Iowa State. Marquette is 4-0 and Bluder calls the game a “tough scenario.”
