Cedar Rapids police are looking for a seven-year-old boy who may’ve been taken by a relative. Curtis Lablanche of Cedar Rapids is believed to be in the custody of his mother, who had him visitation with him Sunday and failed to return him to his legal guardian. Curtis is described as black, four feet tall, 90 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes. His mother, 50-year-old Deliah Lablanche of Cedar Rapids, is reportedly on medication and may be headed toward Minneapolis. The two may be riding in a white Oldsmobile with Iowa license plates. Police are asking that anyone with information on the two contact their office.
