April 21, 2004 By admin

A western Iowa man who’s accused of killing his infant daughter has been released from jail. 31-year-old Michael Vasquez was being held in the Harrison County Jail after his arrest in February. He’s accused of severely beating his two-month-old daughter, Kylee Kros, at his family’s home in Woodbine on February 17th. Vasquez’ bond was reduced to 20-thousand dollars this week, which he agreed to pay. He’s ordered to avoid contact with the baby’s mother. His trial is slated to start August 10th.
