Maharishi student arrested for growing pot

April 29, 2004 By admin

A student at Maharishi University of Management in Fairfield has been busted for growing pot in his dorm room. Fifty-two-year-old Robert Paul Anibal was arrested late last night after the school’s security officers discovered an indoor marijuana manufacturing operation. Nearly 200 grams of pot was seized. In addition to drug possession charges, Anibal will be charged with having drugs within one-thousand feet of a nearby elementary school — a serious felony charge. Police and security officials have declined further comment on the case.
