Oelwein, Dubuque business sold

September 14, 2006 By admin

A telemarking company with offices in Oelwein and Dubuque has been purchased by a Texas business. Advanced Data-Comm has announced that it has signed a purchase agreement to be acquired by Working Solutions, a Texas-based provider of remote home agent services.

The deal is expected to close at the end of the month. According to Advanced Data-Comm president and C-E-O Michael Budde, the move will benefit the employees and clients of both businesses. Budde will remain with the company as general manager and senior vice president of business development. Advanced Data-Comm has facilities in Oelwein and Dubuque as well as Superior and Ashland, Wisconsin.
