January 29, 2007 By admin

A body was found near a stolen car in Harrison County over the weekend and a possible suspect is in custody. Council Bluffs Police were called to an apartment in Council Bluffs Friday night because of a possible burglary. Authorities say they found evidence of a possible car theft and violent crime at the scene.

The next morning, a stolen car and the body of a man were found near Missouri Valley, in Harrison County. Also on Saturday, 24-year-old Kaine Dye turned himself into Council Bluffs Police and he was charged with first-degree burglary and theft in connection with the stolen car. At this time, Dye has not been charged in connection with the death. The name of the victim has not yet been released.
