ISU closes out nonconference schedule

January 4, 2008 By admin

The Iowa State Cyclones close out nonconference action at home against North Dakota. The Cyclones are 9-5 and coach Greg McDermott likes the way his team is playing on offense. McDermott says they’re getting the shots they need to get and the balance is good.

McDermott says the Cyclones will be tested on defense by North Dakota. He says the Princeton style offense lulls you to sleep and as soon as you do that, they run back screens and score on you.
