Nebraska man killed in motorcycle accident

April 28, 2008 By admin

A Nebraska man was killed in a three-vehicle crash Sunday afternoon in central Iowa. The Iowa State Patrol says a pickup truck ran a stop sign near the town of Rhodes in Marshall County. Troopers say two motorcycles broadsided the pickup.

One cyclist was killed. He’s identified as 47-year-old Gregory Teasley of Omaha. The other cyclist was badly hurt, 55-year-old Horace Bethea of Bellevue, Nebraska. The pickup driver, 21-year-old Jonathan Dowd of Bondurant and a passenger were both injured, too. The Patrol says charges are pending against Dowd.
