A tractor driven by 21-year-old Nate Frank of Schaller drove onto the railroad tracks in front of a westbound Canadian national train.

Two passengers on the tractor have died as the result of their injuries. Twenty-year-old Danielle Oxley of Laramie, Wyoming, was pronounced dead at the scene. One-year-old Piper Oxley of Laramie was taken to the hospital in Storm Lake, then transferred to Sioux Falls, where she died Sunday morning.
