Wisconsin man arrested on sexual assault charge

June 4, 2009 By admin

A Wisconsin man, wanted a warrant for third-degree sexual assault, was arrested Wednesday in western Iowa’s Cass County. According to Atlantic Police, 41-year-old Darrian Ray Rahn, of Waupaca, Wisconsin, is being held in the Cass County Jail awaiting extradition back to Wisconsin.

Rahn was convicted of a 2003 sexual assault charge in Dodge County, Wisconsin in February of 2005. Rahn had been on "Active Community Supervision," but was charged with a Sex Registry violation in Waupaca County in January, 2009.

The Atlantic Police Department says Rahn was working construction in the area when he was taken into custody.
