Hamilton County couple charged in death of infant

June 23, 2009 By admin

A Hamilton county couple has been charged in connection with the death last December of an infant. Police have now charged 29-year-old Michael Meeker of Radcliffe, formerly of Jewell with murder and child endangerment causing death.

Police also charged 21-year-old Angela Meeker with the same child endangerment charge. The Meekers are being held in the Hamilton County Jail in Webster City. Last December, Angela Meeker’s son, 15-month-old Tanner Doran died at the family’s home in Jewell. The state medical examiner ruled Tanner died of blunt force trauma.
