Class 1A: Rebecca Nelson, Danville

The junior centerfielder finished the week with a .615 batting average with 8 hits in 13 at-bats. Nelson slammed one home run, had a triple, two doubles, five RBI and scored five runs. Nelson had a pair of doubles and drove in a run in a victory over Cardinal of Eldon. She also homered and drove in three runs in a loss to New London.
