Cyclones fall late to TCU

Iowa State failed to hold a 3 point fourth quarter lead and fell to TCU 21-17 at Jack Trice Stadium in Ames. Trevone Boykin scored on a one-yard run — his third of the game–  with :38 seconds to go to put TCU ahead.

It was the first lead of the second half for TCU after the Cyclones returned the 3rd quarter kickoff 98 yards for a touchdown to tie the game at 14-14.
