Atlantic man sentenced to 46 months in prison for possessing stolen gun

November 13, 2013 By Dar Danielson

An Atlantic man will spend nearly four years in prison for possessing a stolen weapon. A district court judge sentenced 42-year-old Gregory Allen Jennings to 46 months in prison after he pled guilty to knowingly possessing a stolen gun. Jennings was charged after a gun was stolen from a vehicle in Atlantic in January of this year. Investigators found out that Jennings received the gun soon after it was stolen and was trying to sell it.
