Cyclones look for rare win at Kansas

January 29, 2014 By Todd Kimm

The Iowa State Cyclones have a tough assignment as they visit 6th ranked Kansas in Big 12 play. “It’s a tough game, especially when you go down there. Their record speaks for itself,” ISU coach Fred Hoiberg says. He says Kansas is tough to beat anywhere but especially in Lawrence because of the atmosphere and he says the Jayhawks are playing as well as anyone right now.

The Jayhawks are 6-0 in the Big 12 and won the first matchup with the Cyclones in Ames.
