Hawkeye women down Robert Morris 85-67

November 17, 2014 By Todd Kimm

tiger hawkMelissa Dixon poured in 21 points and Kali Peschel added a career high 19 as the Iowa Hawkeyes broke the game open down the stretch in an 85-67 win over Robert Morris. Iowa coach Lisa Bluder says Dixon became the 32nd Hawkeye to score 1,000 point.

Bluder says the team continues to excell at the offensive end as they are shooting the ball well and they are also getting a lot of assists, which she says shows they are unselfish.

The Hawkeyes improve to 2-0.
