Dubuque man accused of possession of child pornography

An eastern Iowa man is accused of receiving child pornography. Court documents show 28-year-old Joshua Leute of Dubuque is charged with one count of receipt of child pornography and two counts of possession of child porn.

He allegedly received child porn between 2011 and 2012. Luete appeared in court and was released on bond. His trial is set for July 27th. The charges carry a minimum sentence of five years in prison, with a maximum of 40 years.
