One of the pedestrians who was struck by a car in Iowa City last week has died.

An online obituary states 49-year-old Peggy Knight died on Sunday at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. She and her husband, 59-year-old Anthony Knight, were crossing a road in the crosswalk near Kinnick Stadium on September 29 when they were stuck by a vehicle.

The Knights both worked at the U-I Department of Radiology. There’s no word on the condition of Anthony Knight.

An Iowa State Patrol crash report indicated the driver of the car, 45-year-old Michelle Mleczewski of Cedar Rapids, might have been suffering a medical issue at the time of the crash.
