Stacy Gemeinhardt-Cesler
Stacy Gemeinhardt-Cesler is out as the softball coach at Iowa State. The athletic department announced in a release that Gemeinhardt-Cesler will not have her contract renewed at the end of the current season.
The Cyclones are 20-32 overall and 1-14 in the Big 12 heading into this week’s three-game series at Kansas that will close out the season.
In 11 years at the helm, Gemeinhardt-Cesler has guided ISU to 242 wins and 319 losses. The coach was unavailable for comment.
