Fire officials are still trying to find the cause of an explosion and fireat a Graettinger manufacturing plant in Northwest Iowa. The explosion happened at the Shaver Manufacturing company and forced theevacuation of residents within a two block area of the plant. A center wasset up for the evacuees at Graettinger High School. The plant makes posthole diggers and hydraulic post diggers and appears to be a total loss.Around 25 people work at the plant.
