It’s tough enough for an incoming college freshman to adjust to the manylifestyle changes. Imagine trying to start college in a foreign country. TheUniversity of Iowa is sponsoring events starting this weekend for nearly 400new international students.Lois Gray is spokeswoman for the U-of-I’s International Programs. She saysthe orientation activities range from discussions about health care coverageto a barn dance.Gray says the U-of-I is now enrolling about 16-hundred students from 100nations. More than 375 of them are new students this fall.She says the majority of the international students are from five countries:China, Korea, India, Taiwan and Japan.
